I have been building things on the internet since 2012. Not as a hobby, but because I enjoy solving the problems that quietly slow businesses down.
Through Nowgray, founded in 2018, my team and I build custom software, automations and AI-connected tools for store owners and operators across the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. In 2024 I co-founded Ecomm11, so I run the operations problem from both sides: as the person who builds the systems, and as the person who lives with them.
What I noticed across all those businesses is that almost none of them were struggling because of a bad idea. They were struggling because their systems were not talking to each other, their data was scattered, and nobody had built them a clear picture of what was actually happening day to day.

No. If you can use WhatsApp and Excel, you can build everything in the Sprint. We work on screen share and I go at the pace of the slowest person in the room.
Sessions run in Hinglish: English structure, Hindi explanation wherever it lands better. All templates and recordings are in English.
Recordings go out within 12 hours and stay with you for a year. But the Sprint is a build, not a lecture, people who attend live actually finish. Block the three evenings.
