You are purchasing access to live online sessions, recordings and digital templates for a stated period. You are not purchasing a physical product, employment, an investment, or a guarantee of any business outcome.
Any figures, case studies or testimonials describe what specific individuals achieved. They are not typical, not promised, and not a projection of what you will earn. Your results depend on your business, market, effort and many factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Your access is personal and non-transferable. Recording, redistributing, reselling or sharing session content, templates or community material is prohibited and will end your access without refund.
Our communities are moderated. Soliciting members, spamming, harassment or promoting unrelated offers results in removal without refund.
We may reschedule a session for good reason with as much notice as we can give. If we cancel a program outright and cannot deliver it, you receive a full refund.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

To deliver what you bought, send session links and reminders, provide support, improve the programs, and market related offerings by email, WhatsApp and advertising audiences.
Only processors who help us operate: our payment gateway, email and WhatsApp providers, video hosting, CRM and analytics platforms. We do not sell your personal data.

Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message to opt out. Opting out of marketing does not affect messages about a program you have already paid for.

Attend day one. If you decide the remaining sessions aren't for you, message us on WhatsApp or email [SUPPORT EMAIL] before day two begins and we refund 100% of what you paid. No form and no retention call. You keep the day-one recording and the prompt vault.
Attend the first two live sessions and submit your week-one build. If you've done that and the program isn't delivering, request a refund within 14 days of the cohort start date for a full refund. Requests after 14 days, or without a submitted week-one build, are not eligible, this policy exists to protect people who do the work, not to fund people who don't attend.
Annual memberships are non-refundable once the first intensive has taken place. Before that, a full refund is available on request.
Order-bump items and downloadable packs are refundable only as part of a qualifying refund of the main program above.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take an additional 2–3 days to reflect it.
If we cancel a cohort and cannot offer you a seat in an equivalent one, you receive a full refund regardless of how much of the program has run.
All products are digital. Access details, session links, community invite and template library, are sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number within 15 minutes of successful payment. If you haven't received them within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Nothing is shipped physically, so no shipping charges apply.
